Send Bank of America customers a year-in-review video that holds their interest, conveys the value they received from their tier, and encourages them to remain enrolled next year.

The Creative
The beauty of SundaySky as a platform and video tool is its ability to create personalized videos at scale. The video below was sent out as an email link, and looked different to every single person who watched it: from first names and amounts changing, to images and voiceover changing dependent on viewer demographic, to scenes showing or dropping based on whether their contents were used, the entire video is personalized. My creative team built the blueprint for the video, accommodating for all potential viewer versions, and incorporated the code that drove which elements to show based on the real-time data being received.
